
Our Policies
Mission: To provide quality
exercise and fitness instruction through programs that
encourage, teach, and challenge participants to reach their
personal best.
When it comes to our policies, we try to
be as flexible as we can within our mission. We want to
work with you and we want to see you succeed. Part of upholding
our mission is helping you to not make excuses or easily
back out. We take your fitness as seriously (if not more
seriously) as you do, and that is the spirit behind our
policies.
Classes
Bootcamp is purchased in one-month sessions. Come to as many classes as you want within that one-month session.
Returning from an injury
If you have taken a break from Bootcamp
because of an injury, you must bring a letter from your
doctor stating that it is OK for you to work out again.
We can't let you back into classes until we know it's safe.
Quitting
No
refunds or credits will be given for those recruits who
quit for personal reasons before the end of the session. If an injury occurs or a situation
out of your control arises that requires you to leave
Bootcamp, a credit can be issued for the unused portion
of the unused session. This credit is valid for 6 months from issue
date. Documentation is required from your physician if
quitting is injury related. Communication is vital for
credit issue. Non-communicating recruits will not receive
any credit and remaining classes will be forfeited. THERE
ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pricing and payment
After your first Bootcamp, you get a price
break if you want to keep coming. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Late fees
Full payment must be received by the first
day of camp or a $25.00 late fee for each business day
that payment is not received will be added. When you submit
your registration form, you are agreeing to make full payment.
You will be billed for the entire amount of Bootcamp,
including any late fees that you have incurred if we do
not receive your payment, regardless of your attendance.
The $25 per day late fee will cease only after we have
received payment or the session ends, whichever occurs
first.
Inclement weather
It is up to our discretion whether or not
to cancel classes. We will use the local school districtes as a guide in our decision making process. The safety
of our instructors and our clients is our number one concern
and will be the basis of our decisions. If we feel that
the weather will cause unsafe driving conditions to and
from our studio, we will cancel classes accordingly.
These cancellations will be posted on Facebook, Twitter, the message on
the studio phone, and emailed to all current recruits as
soon as the decisions have been made. Please check these
sites regularly during inclement weather. If no posts are
listed, classes are running on their regular schedule.
If cancellations occur, we will offer additional class
options when needed. These may or may not be at regular
class times/days as they are additional classes to accommodate
all Bootcamp recruits. No classes will be credited or
allowed to carry over to later sessions.
Promotions
At Elev8, we like to offer promotions that
encourage you to keep going or that give new people an
incentive to try us out. Other than our referral offer,
which gives you $20.00 off your Bootcamp price for each
referral you bring, or the discounts we give for certain
size groups that want to do camp together, our promotions
run on a monthly basis and are good only for the month
in which they are run. We will apply only one discount
at a time. We will give you whatever is a better deal,
but we will not apply multiple discounts at the same time
even if you qualify.
