Get the cross training needed to finish the race strong, meet other women participating in the event and learn helpful tips for race nutrition and health.

Program includes circuit training, calisthenics, plyometrics, balance and core work

This program will get you going so you can go, girl!

$250 + tax for all 12 weeks

$200 + tax for 6 weeks
(Can start anytime, weeks must be consecutive)

Price includes technical race shirt and a $50 donation in your name to the YWCA.

All participants will receive measurements and caloric intake analysis as well.

Program open to You Go Girl participants only. Must be registered for the event prior to registering for the training program. Space is limited.

2 classes will be provided, please indicate which class you would like to attend:

Novice/walkers (those participating in their 1st or 2nd race or those choosing to walk the race)
Intermediate/Advanced (those currently running or have been running and those born to run)
