Who can join Elev8 Fitness Boot Camps?
Anyone and everyone. We pride ourselves in our ability to meet each recruit where they are. We will never ask you to do something that you are not ready for. We provide numerous modifications to make each exercise challenging and safe for your fitness level. Too easy or too hard is never an option.
Just how hard is it?
Boot camp is as challenging as you make it. It truly is your work-out at Elev8. We work very closely with each recruit to ensure constant challenge and intensity to create maximum results.
What kind of guarantee is there?
We guarantee each recruit will experience a new approach to fitness. We promise as long as you bring 100% each day and never give up, we won't either. With the guidance of our trainers, we will help you set realistic, obtainable goals and we will not stop until you are satisfied.
Why should I sign up?
The better question is why not? If you are satisfied with the rat race of the gym and enjoy your close personal relationship with your treadmill or exercise DVD, then we salute you. But if you are looking for an action packed, total body wake-up call to jump start your health and fitness and hear a big thank you from your body, then boot camp is for you.
What if I am really unfit?
What better way to get fit than with certified trainers who have dedicated their lives to your health and fitness goals? Elev8 will not only get you into the best shape of your life, but will teach you proper exercise techniques so you can continue your goals once camp is over. At Elev8, we teach people to fish so they eat for a lifetime.
I have an injury and can’t run, is this for me?
There are always modifications to each and every exercise we do. If running is not your thing, we will find an alternative that allows you to get the cardio work-out you desire without interfering with your injury.
I'm already in good shape, so how will it benefit me?
You’ll be in better shape with Elev8. We can take you that extra mile. Shave off seconds from your best time or inches from your waist. We’ll invigorate and rejuvenate your exercise program and get you to RISE UP to a personal best you didn’t even know was in you. Sounds good, doesn’t it?
What should I bring to Elev8 Boot Camp?
A yoga mat; a set of weights: 5lbs for women, 8lbs for men; a lot of water; a willingness to work hard.
Do you offer private classes?
Yes, we offer personal training sessions for those looking for one-on-one attention. Currently these sessions can take place at the same park Boot Camp meets or in your home or office. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs each time.
Is this class like the military, will I be yelled at?
Not at all. We will push you to your limits and ask that you always try your hardest, but we will never yell at you in a harsh or demeaning manor. We only use positive reinforcement and encouragement to get you to your personal best.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It is common to see as much as 3 to 8 pounds of weight loss without diet adjustments. A 25% to 50% increase in endurance in cardio is to be expected. Remember, everyone is different so results will vary.
Do I get a discount for signing up again?
Yes! There is a price break for all returning recruits to keep you coming for more. Whether you sign up for back to back camps or take a few months off, after you have been to boot camp once, you will receive a discount each and every time you come back.
What is your refund policy? And what if I miss a class?
If something beyond your control arises during Boot Camp and you can't complete the camp, we provide a credit for you to use towards another Boot Camp session. To receive a credit, communication with your trainer is a must. Without communication our trainers will not issue a credit. You can make up one missed Boot Camp class by coming to a class at another time as long as it’s within the month for which you signed up for Boot Camp. When you register for Boot Camp, you must sign up for the time that will work best for you as your “home base”. But if you find yourself with an unexpected conflict, coordinate with your trainer to make up the class. (Saturday drop-in classes are not available for make-ups. And, as always, if a cancellation is our fault, we will find a way to make it up to you.) |
